AnaBench is a web-based platform providing integrated access to sequence analysis tools developed in house and elsewhere.

The aim of this workbench is to assist professional biologists in data analysis, but it may also serve as a teaching tool.

The workbench has been implemented in Java, and uses relational databases and new technologies such as CORBA and JSP, while the analysis tools currently integrated in AnaBench are written in various programming languages (C, C++, and Perl).

Users who do not require private workspace on our server may access tools without registration.

AnaBench uses, once registered, will obtain immediate access to their private workspace on the server, where they can store data and analysis results
